The Sapphire SMS-2424R is a 1-compartment commercial stainless steel sink measuring 50.5″×29.5″ overall, built from 18-gauge 304 stainless. Each bowl is 24″×24″ and 14″ deep. A single bowl works for prep or utility use. A right drainboard adds landing space. The 304 alloy resists corrosion in a constantly-wet warewashing area. It is NSF listed.
Buying considerations
Three compartments cover the wash-rinse-sanitize sequence; confirm whether your local health code requires a fourth bay, and add left and right drainboards for soiled and clean ware. Match bowl size and depth to your largest pans. Browse all compartment sinks →
