The Sapphire SMS-3-2020L is a 3-compartment commercial stainless steel sink measuring 82.5″×25.5″ overall, built from 18-gauge 304 stainless. Each bowl is 20″×20″ and 14″ deep. Three bays cover the wash-rinse-sanitize sequence for manual warewashing. A left drainboard adds landing space. The 304 alloy resists corrosion in a constantly-wet warewashing area. It is NSF listed.
